Booking Process

1. Read the House Rules

Please read and familiarise yourself with the House Rules here. For any questions, refer to our FAQ here or contact us via WhatsApp +258 86 479 0013.

2. Search for the availability and rates

On our Homepage, select your check-in/out dates and add the number of people in your reservation to search for availability. You will be directed to our bookings platform.

3. Select a House and book

Click on a house and proceed with your reservation if we have availability for the selected dates. You must pay via PayPal to complete your booking. You can add comments about room preferences (single or double beds, where possible).

4. Booking Confirmation

Once paid, you will receive an email confirmation of your payment and reservation. Please send a legible photo of your ID Document (Passport/ID/Driver’s License) by replying to the confirmation e-mail or via WhatsApp +258 86 479 0013. You will need to present that document during check-in for us to confirm your reservation.

5. Cancelation Policy

50% of the paid total amount is refundable for cancellations made five days or more before your check-in date.

The reservation is nonrefundable within five days prior to your stay.
